Summary of Position:
In this role, you will be monitoring the Delivery Hotline for all of our Retail Stores – US Stores, Puerto Rico Stores, and our Canadian Stores. You will report directly and partner with the Transportation Manager for all Store needs and issues. This role requires a self-driven, patient, organized, and customer oriented individual who can work with little to no supervision. This role will require partnerships to be built with carriers, as well as, internals partners. This role will require excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
