Job Description

Summary of Position: In addition to the ability to perform all of the functions, essential and marginal, listed for each functional area in which he/she may be working, a lead position in each of these areas is also responsible for accurately and efficiently carrying out the following roles and responsibilities.

The primary responsibilities/essential functions of this position include the following, but are subject to change based upon operating necessity:

  • Provide superior customer service in response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Process and accurately check in all shipment received.
  • Communicate and resolve errors in partnership with the Web Site Supervisor.
  • Take on additional functions and projects as required based upon operating necessity.

Job Requirements

  • Strong Customer Service orientation, work ethic, and attention to detail as it relates to product fulfillment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow up skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency to effectively complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Verbal and written communication skills which clearly and succinctly communicate across various audience levels.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team.
  • Willingness to be a team player in order to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Utilize systems as required.
  • Possess excellent detail accuracy and organizational skills.

Work Hours and Environment:

  • Arrive prior to the beginning of the shift to prepare workflow.
  • Typical work hours for Day and PT Weekend shifts are 6:00 am- 2:30 pm.
  • Typical work hours for Swing shift are 2:45 pm-11:15 pm.
  • Typical work hours for Third shift 9:00 pm - 5:30 am.
  • Overtime work may be required based on business needs.
  • Work in a warehouse setting and possess the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.
