The Role

At Janie and Jack, our sales associates are a big part of our success. We look for team players who can meet the needs of our stores, while feeling empowered to make the shopping experience the best it can be for our customers. Our sales associates are a vital part of the Janie and Jack family.

What You’ll Do
Our Sales Associate is connected to our customers, listens and always puts the customer’s best interest first. You are obsessive about creating a store environment focused on our customer and provide an engaging and convenient shopping experience for everyone.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with children (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic company
• Great communication and optimistic problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to support non-sell activities as needed to meet needs of business
• Availability to work when needed, including nights and weekends
