Job Description

We have some exciting growth strategies planned for upcoming years in enhancing our capabilities in product pipeline, Omni-Channel, and other retail functions like product lifecycle management, and planning & allocation. We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager Who will work with senior level sponsors and stakeholders on these strategically important initiatives and plan & execute the change management strategies to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of business results.


  • Perform organizational assessments using a variety of proven methods to uncover and solve complex organizational problems resulting from implementation of the strategic initiaitves.
  • Plan, develop and execute organizational change management approach / strategy.
  • Perform progress evaluation, benchmarking, tracking, metrics and reporting.
  • Facilitate a wide range of meetings and conversations to reach clear outcomes and common understanding; advancing the capabilities of leaders and teams.
  • Serve as people expert on cross-functional operations teams doing process excellence, customer experience, organization design, and organizational readiness.
  • Design and implement organizational changes to roles, responsibilities, reporting relationships.
  • Develop communication plans and ensure the timely dissemination of the information.
  • Support the design, development and delivery of training..

Job Requirements

  • Must have a BA/BS degree in Organizational Development , Business Administration, Human Resources, Human Performance Technology or similar field. MBA preffered.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience, strongly preferred in Retail industry, as an internal or external management consultant delivering client outcomes with subject matter expertise in organizational assessment and design, talent strategies, business process, technology, and/or financial analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build rapport and relationships and influence senior and executive management.
  • Team-based collaborative interpersonal style, effective with all levels of employees in diverse job roles.
  • Highly emotionally intelligent and able to thrive with minimal direction and supervision in a dynamic work environment.
  • Superb written, facilitation, presentation and interpersonal communicator.
