Job Description

Summary of Position: Administrative duties will include processing invoices, month end accruals, forecast expenses, actualize against budgets/forecasts, liaison between DC and Corporate Finance, and various ad hoc reports.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions of this position :

  • Strong customer service orientation, work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow up skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency to effectively complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Verbal and written communication skills which clearly and briefly communicate across various audience levels.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Record keeping, accurately updating/managing reports, creating spreadsheets, collecting information through various DC management systems, interfacing with the management team as well as the corporate team to resolve problems.

Job Requirements

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient with the complete Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in administration, data entry or a related field.
  • Strong detail, organizational, and math skills.
  • Interact positively with the internal and external customers/vendors and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Hours and Environment:

  • Typical work hours are day shift Monday through Friday.
  • Overtime and some weekend work may be required based on business needs.
  • Work in an office/warehouse setting.
