Overview: The Brand Manager develops and executes a variety of marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales for the brand; strategizes in development of seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional programs based on expertise in business results, target customer, and competition; partners with critical company stakeholders including Merchandising, Planning, Brand Creative Services, Visual Merchandising, Integrated Marketing, Store Operations, Web, and CRM for cohesion and alignment with overall brand objectives. S/he is a demonstrated strategic business partner and project manager, and excels at meeting the demands of a fast-paced retail industry. The Brand Manager has a proven track record of creative and resourceful approaches to unique business challenges, and demonstrated success in making brand-appropriate strategic decisions.
