The Lease Administrator will be responsible for overseeing lease related obligations for our retail stores across all 3 brands. Individuals must be a team player, detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and manager shifting responsibilities. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for independently managing a portfolio of leases, including the completion of lease abstracts, analysis of rental payment obligations, invoice reconciliation, desktop audits, percentage rent computations, and co-tenancy monitoring. Tasks will also include running reports from lease admin Costar database, data entry, presentation creation, and some administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, opening and distributing mail, and distribution of legal documents.
