We are looking for a motivated Financial Reporting Manager to join our Financial Reporting Team. This individual will report directly to the Financial Reporting Director and will be responsible for executing best practices in financial reporting compliance, participate in performing certain general accounting functions, and will partner with other functional teams.


  • Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and other financial reports.
  • Participate in the monthly close process, such as preparation of account analysis, journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Perform monthly consolidation.
  • Perform technical accounting research (e.g., goodwill impairment assessment, lease accounting, etc.).
  • Manage the annual audit and quarterly review of our external auditors by working closely with various functional teams and providing the requirements of our external auditors timely.
  • Maintain compliance with SOX internal controls.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 5 to 6 years of public or industry experience
  • “Big 4” public accounting experience or CPA is a plus
  • Experience in the preparation of financial statements
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP (consolidation, stock-based compensation, goodwill accounting, etc.)
  • Good accounting and computer (Excel) skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Team player, proactive and flexible in an environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with other functional teams
