The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a multitude of tasks, ad-hoc projects and complex scheduling and expense management to support the CFO along with other executive staff. This includes booking meetings, scheduling and coordinating conference and video calls, arranging travel itineraries and processing expenses as well as preparing and editing correspondence, communications, PowerPoint presentations and other documents. The ideal candidate will have high-level clerical and administrative skills, such as advanced or expert proficiency with MS Office Suite. The Executive Assistant must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
