Gymboree is seeking a Temporary Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator, who is passionate, flexible, and eager and seeking growth and exposure to all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

The Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible in maintaining and executing merchandising strategy for Gymboree's top E-commerce wholesale account. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online shopping, merchandising, and the customer’s buying experience. You will support the Wholesale International Sales team with item pages management, product grouping, and product copy.


  • Writing product copy and merging product pages
  • Managing Gymboree product presentation on Amazon and ensure products are accurate
  • Utilizing merchandising tools to optimize site experience and increase conversion rate
  • Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and increase efficiency.
  • Complete seasonal projects for merchants.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on web merchandising experience
  • Strong attention to details
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel and Word with an aptitude for learning new programs
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities
  • Strong ability to identify and execute priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a pro-active approach to responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous merchandising experience preferred
