What You’ll Do

In this role, you will provide support to CRM business area. This individual will work as the liaison between business partners and the IS&T group in order to support existing systems and provide analysis for systems implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects.

The position requires knowledge of CRM, Marketing concepts and Ecommerce systems. The person should be able to follow business processes and demonstrate ability to perform analysis of key requirements and clearly communicate alternatives and recommendations to decision-makers. This person must be able to respond quickly to support issues, evaluate alternatives and create and execute against an action plan. The Business Systems Analyst must be able to prepare and execute testing plans to ensure high quality results and effectively manage project tasks, timelines and resources in order to meet objectives. This person will be required to document business and functional/technical specifications for system development based on user requirements and must be able to provide support through Fiscal Month/Quarter/Year End cycles.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • BA or BS in Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Retail Business with focus in building/supporting CRM capabilities preferably in apparel industry
  • Full life cycle implementation (SDLC requirements gathering, process design, configuration, functional design, testing, conversion, and deployment) with knowledge of CRM processes
  • Experience with end to end implementation one or more of Sales Force CRM suite of products – service cloud, marketing cloud, Heroku and Wave
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point)
  • Digital online technical and functional skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and lead/drive IT projects
  • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
