What You’ll do

The Benefits Analyst reports to the Benefits Manager and is an integral member of the Compensation & Benefits team. In this role you will focus on core medical, dental and vision plans as wells as:

  • Own plan and vendor relationships for Medical – GymHealth (self-insured plan) and Kaiser, Delta Dental and voluntary benefits like pet insurance and identity theft protection
  • Manage perks, like on-site services, tuition reimbursement, our store discount and gym membership discounts
  • Explore trends, analyze employee feedback, make recommendations to enhance programs, and provide data to back it up
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees on escalated issues
  • Develop and execute ongoing education for the Home Office, Distribution Center & Field as part of the Total Rewards communications strategy

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, Benefits Coordinator or Payroll Support
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Aptitude for data and systems. You love to crunch numbers in Excel, and find the perfect formulas to manipulate data. You check and double-check your analyses.
  • Intellectual curiosity – you question why we do things the way we do, and strive to improve processes
  • Strong employee orientation (our employees are our customers)
  • Know your way around Word & PowerPoint, and can whip up a presentation easily and communicate it succinctly
