Annual Reports Specialist (Temporary)

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for all State’s annual reports filings.

Responsibilities include:

  • File all prior year and current year annual reports
  • Register and reinstate, all revoked annual reports
  • Apply for Good Standings Certificate if needed
  • File DBA filings, fictitious business name statement, and newspaper publications
  • Organize a high volume of tasks to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and adheres to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Work independently, handle interruptions, and shift priorities, as needed, without losing focus
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and written and oral communication skills
  • The Resolve to follow tasks through to completion
  • Proficient Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in a similar role and/or the desire to grow in an Indirect Tax is a plus
