What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support to the Leave and Disability Management team while we are short one team member. The role will perform the basic administrative tasks that are ordinarily done by the Leave Specialists in order to free up the Specialists’ time as they will have to take on extra cases until our opening is filled.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the Leave and Disability’s team email box
  • Setting up new cases in our Access Database
  • Making phone calls to employees to obtain clarifying information
  • Prepare, mail and email leave packets under the direction of the Leave Specialists

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Good organizations skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Communication (oral and written) skills
  • Basic understanding of the Family Medical Leave Act and Americans With Disabilities Act is a plus
