The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a multitude of tasks, ad-hoc projects and cross department scheduling to support the Vice President of Stores. This includes booking meetings/calls, coordinating travel, preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. This person will support the expense management activities of the VP ensuring invoices and expenses are entered approved in a timely fashion. They will take calls from external partners and filter inquiries as needed to the appropriate internal contacts. Supporting the VP will include coordinating team meetings, celebrations/recognition and fostering communication among the departments. Outside of the general administrative responsibilities supporting the VP, this person will play a role within cross-functional meetings. The Administrative Assistant must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and enjoy having a broad range of responsibilities.
